Coming into this internship I had zero experience with grants, but the weekly meetings and topics of the day helped me feel more confident and more comfortable researching and writing grants. I now feel comfortable saying that I am capable of writing grants.

This experience definitely opened my eyes to the depth of the management side of NGOs. The BPP Team worked with me and my co-intern a lot to guide us through the processes of drafting and feedback, as well as providing us with general NGO knowledge regarding making connections, budgeting, and learning new ways to keep the organization growing. It's an experience I'm truly grateful for!
